The company collects the following personal information for registering job applicants and submitting resumes.

Items written by job applicants themselves such as address, academic background (school name, admission/graduation year, major, detailed major, grade, graduation), career information (company name, job, position, department name, term of office), military service, veterans (if eligible), disability (if eligible), educational training, foreign language, awards, certificates, hobbies, special skills, desired salary, career description, self-introduction, portfolio, etc.

* Methods of collecting personal information: The company collects applicant’s personal information from his/her input method on the homepage. In some cases, the company may collect some information through printed form or email.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The company uses the personal information collected as a reference for personal identification of applicants, ongoing recruitment, and smooth communication with the job applicants.

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
The company stores applicant’s personal information for recruitment for 2 years.
However, if job applicants want their personal information deleted, the company immediately destroys the information.

4. Procedure and Method of Personal Information Destruction
The personal information is destroyed immediately after the purpose of the collection and use has been fulfilled. The following are the procedure and method of destruction.

Destruction Procedure

The information entered for recruitment is transferred to a separate DB (separate filing cabinet in case of paper) and destroyed after being stored for a certain period under the internal policies and other related laws (see Retention and Use Period of Personal Information). Personal information transferred to a separate DB is not used for any purpose other than storage unless required by law.

Destruction Method

Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that do not allow reproduction. Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

TAKEONE COMPANY Corporation (hereinafter “company”) values applicant’s personal information and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use and Information Protection. The company informs job applicants of how and why the personal information provided by the applicants are used through privacy policy and what we are doing to protect the personal information. When the company revises its privacy policy, it will notify through the website (or individual notice).

The company does not provide applicants' personal information to the external party. However, the following cases are exceptions:

- If the applicant has agreed in advance

- If it is accordance with the provisions of the law

The company is not providing applicants' personal information to any third party. If needed, the company will go through a legitimate procedure specified by the relevant laws.

6. Information Subject’s Rights • Obligations and How to Exercise Them
If job applicants request correction of errors in personal information to a hiring manager, the company does not use the corresponding personal information until the correction is completed.

The company processes personal information that has been revoked or deleted at the request of job applicants as specified in the “Retention and Use Period of Personal Information” and does not allow it to be viewed or used.

7. Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information
The company is taking technical, administrative, and physical measures to ensure safety as follows in accordance with relevant laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act.

- Administrative Measures: establishing and implementing internal management plans, regular personal information protection training for employees, etc.

- Technical Measures: managing access rights such as personal information processing systems, installing access control systems, installing security programs, etc.

- Physical Measures: controlling access to personal information storage areas such as computer rooms, data storage rooms, etc.
